Gas cleaning units are designed to remove mechanical impurities, dust, condensate and drip liquid from natural gas before it enters the heating, reduction and metering units of gas distribution stations and compressor stations.
Depending on the required cleaning degree, the units are completed with cyclone dust collectors, filter separators with replaceable cartridges or a two-stage combination; the collected liquid is discharged into process tanks automatically or manually.
What the system provides
- Cleaning degree up to 5 µm (fine filtration)
- Differential pressure monitoring with alarm to the control system
- Automatic condensate discharge to process tanks
- Working and standby lines for maintenance without stopping the station
- Quick-opening closures for cartridge replacement
- Block design on a common frame
